Return Policy

We care about our customers and want you to feel confident with your purchase, without the stress of being left with a product you don’t like. We understand that online shopping can be difficult, so we provide high-quality support to make every purchase in our store a positive experience.

Return Rules

AirVex™ (AirVex.com) accepts returns or exchanges of products purchased from our store within 30 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

  • The product shows no visible signs of damage.

  • All original packaging is intact.

  • Any sign of damage voids the warranty at visionrelief.store.

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Some product types are excluded from returns. We also do not accept personal items (underwear), hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable substances.

To process a return, we may ask for proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) with the order number.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs (if applicable)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, consider using a tracked shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product without such protection.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you of the status of the return and the decision regarding a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

The refund process may take several days between financial institutions (usually 2–3 days). If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact airvex.shop@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue.

Gifts

Please follow the above instructions for returning online orders. If the product was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a digital voucher equal to the value of the returned product. After we receive the returned item, the voucher will be sent via email.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to airvex.shop@gmail.com.

If damage is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to process the claim. When reviewing claims, we rely on delivery time and tracking information.
