Welcome to AirVex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at airvex.shop and every purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean AirVex. "You" and "your" mean you as the user or customer.
By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
AirVex sells AirVex Pro, an over-the-counter mandibular advancement mouthpiece designed as a general consumer aid to help reduce snoring, together with related accessories.
No doctor-patient relationship. Nothing on airvex.shop constitutes medical advice, and your use of our website and products does not create a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship between you and AirVex. Information on our site is for general educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified medical or dental professional for advice about your specific condition.
Individual results vary. AirVex Pro works for many people, but not everyone.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the prices shown. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We may decline any order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we decline an order, we refund any payment we have taken in full.
We ship most orders through an international fulfilment partner based in mainland China. Our Shipping Policy explains the timeframes this involves. AirVex remains the seller of record for every order and your point of contact for anything related to it.
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Our Return Policy sets out how our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee works and how to request a return, replacement, or refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy — see section 17 below.
If you sign up for a recurring AirVex product, our Subscription Terms apply alongside these Terms.
We try to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour, texture, packaging, or fit may occur. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, our Return Policy applies.
Any customer testimonials, case studies, before-and-after examples, reviews, statistics, or results shared on our website, advertising, or marketing materials are individual experiences and reflect the real-life experience of those individuals. Results are not typical and your results may vary significantly. Factors including physiology, health condition, consistent use, fit, and other personal circumstances affect what results you may achieve. We do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Where we cite statistics about snoring reduction or user satisfaction, those figures are drawn from published industry research or our own customer surveys and reflect averages, not guarantees for any individual user.
All content on our site — including the AirVex name, logos, product images, videos, text, and design — is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
AirVex Pro and everything else we sell is intended for personal consumer use only.
By placing an order, you confirm that the products are being purchased for your individual personal use and not for resale, redistribution, commercial use, or shipment through freight forwarders.

Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy apply to individual consumer purchases only. Orders that we identify as bulk purchases, resale orders, or orders shipped to freight forwarders may not be eligible for refunds under our voluntary guarantee.
We reserve the right to review orders, limit quantities per customer or household, cancel orders, or refuse service if we determine that an order appears to be placed for resale, bulk purchasing, or any other purpose outside personal use. We may suspend or terminate your access, and cancel any pending orders, if you breach these rules.
Our site may link to third-party sites and rely on third-party services (payment processors, analytics providers, shipping carriers, subscription management, fulfilment partners). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them, without obligation to compensate you. You confirm that anything you submit is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may moderate or remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or in breach of these Terms.

Subject to the above and to your statutory rights, our total liability arising from or connected to your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our site or products — except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our site at any time if you breach these Terms. Any orders already accepted remain governed by these Terms and our other policies.
You may stop using our site or unsubscribe from our communications at any time.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full force.
These Terms and any contract for the sale of products through airvex.shop are governed by the laws of Poland (the country where AirVex is established).
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the United Kingdom. You may bring proceedings against us in the courts of your country of residence where UK consumer law entitles you to do so. We may only bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of our site or further purchases after an update constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. We give at least 14 days' notice by email before changes take effect for existing subscribers.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Subscription Terms, and Legal Notice, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our site and any purchase you make.
